In addition WECM provides career coaching to young professionals interested in going into private equity or in developing their career further.

Development Bank of Jamaica, 2024
Led competitive selection process for fund manager of
$50m VC fund for Jamaica. Developed RFP, evaluated proposals, conducted due diligence, and advised on final selection and terms.
African Development Bank, 2014
Performed Extended Supervision Report on pan-African
€600m regional fund (AfDB as LP). Conducted due diligence on portfolio companies, interviewed fund managers, visited regional offices, recommended management improvements.
African mid-cap fund, 2018
Served as arbitrator for $100M Sub-Saharan African mid-cap fund. Resolved partner disagreements regarding GP ownership structure, roles, responsibilities, and operational governance.
